We have zero control over what another company does. We don’t hold the funds or have any leverage. Legally they could shut down and not issue a token at all. That is the risk of investing in private rounds. We’re trying to get them to offer some better solution but our hands our tied. However feel free to share your feelings with them in their channels and file complaints against them if you feel so. We just facilitated the deals and conveyed the offering. We don’t own any shares in that company and we didn’t even profit from the deal in any way, we never charged any side a commission. So while I totally understand your frustration and I told them the same that it’s not ok and they’re screwing people then we have nothing more we can do.
