From the QUASA team: ProBit exchange received QUA tokens in an amount equivalent to the value of 1 BTC — intended for providing liquidity for QUA, stimulating trading activity, and for various promotional campaigns such as airdrops. In reality, ProBit used the received tokens to manipulate the price and trading volume. By conducting non-transparent transactions on its centralized platform, ProBit created fake sell orders to encourage users to make numerous trades. In this way, ProBit prevented the price from rising and continuously sold the tokens it had received. Due to ProBit’s lack of transparency, it was difficult to understand the real price dynamics of the QUA token. After the delisting, it became absolutely clear that the exchange’s staff had sold the integration fund QUA tokens they received in order to maximize their own commission income and personal profit. The unequivocal conclusion about dishonest manipulations carried out directly by the administration of the ProBit exchange led to the decision to remove the QUA token from this platform. We apologize to all QUA token holders for the unscrupulous partner who not only used dishonest methods but also caused significant damage to the QUA price dynamics. Now the main reason behind the strange volumes and price behavior of QUA has been eliminated, and there are no longer any obstacles to free trading on decentralized exchanges.
